I have been an award winning commercial Realtor in Alberta since 2001 with many satisfied clients. From 2009 to 2019 I have had the privilege of being the Director of a publicly held international land development company with major projects in Alberta, Sask, BC and Houston, Texas. A few of the company projects include large multi-family complexes, a stand alone office complex facing Deerfoot Trail, two shopping centres in Texas and 160 acres in SW Calgary. I pride myself on my negotiation skills and creative problem solving. Ming Zhao achieved the Bachelor Degree of Law from Henan University of Economics and Law in 1997 in China, and then worked with Zhongyuan Institute of Techonolgy from 1997 to 2003. In 2003, she immigrated to Canada with her family and achieved the Law Clerk Diploma with Honors from Centennial College in Toronto in 2005. She has worked with KRMC law firm as a real estate law clerk and gained quality knowledge and experience in property transaction matters. In 2012 she started realtor career in Saskatchewan in residential, commercial, farm and property management areas and ever ran her own property management company as a director. In the past few years her consistent high production and quality service and performance have made her achieve the Centurion Producer Award in 2013, Master Silver Award in 2014, Masters Emerald Award in 2015, Master Ruby in 2016 and 2017.
